19 Women Says Trump Sexually Assaulted Them.

Lurking in the background of the roiling debate about harassment and assault in American society are the allegations made against President Trump by at least 19 women, many of whom came forward after the release of the Access Hollywood tape in October 2016. Trump vociferously denies any wrongdoing. “Is the official White House position that all of these women are lying?” a reporter asked Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, in late October. “Yeah, we’ve been clear on that from the beginning, and the president’s spoken on it,” Sanders replied.

Some of the women’s stories date back to the 1980s when Trump’s personal relationships were fixtures of the New York City tabloids; others begin after he returned to the public eye with his NBC series The Apprentice. Their accounts describe a wide range of alleged behavior, including lewd remarks, overt harassment, groping, and sexual assault. One woman, Summer Zervos, is currently suing the president for defamation after he repeatedly called her and the others liars. What follows are details from each accuser—listed alphabetically—and the president’s corresponding defense.

Slave Trafficking In Libya. Men Selling For $400

Libyan authorities have launched a formal investigation into slave auctions in the country, the government said Friday.

“A high-level committee has been convened encompassing representatives from all the security apparatus to oversee this investigation,” Anes Alazabi, an official with the internationally recognized government of Libya’s Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency, told CNN.

“Priorities of the investigation are not only to convict those responsible for these inhumane acts, but also to identify the location of those who have been sold in order to bring them to safety and return them to their countries of origin.”

Alazabi’s agency will be overseeing the probe. Part of its work will be to assess whether all the locations of these auctions are under the control of the United Nations-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) in Tripoli.

The International Organization for Migration, an intergovernmental organization based in Geneva that focuses on migration management, welcomed the investigation. But its chief of mission for Libya warned in an interview with CNN’s Nima Elbagir “that the smuggling networks are becoming stronger, more organized and better equipped.”

“We definitely welcome the news for any investigation and we hope that this will cover not only this case but definitely all the cases of abuse and violence against migrants in Libya,” Othman Belbeisi said from Tunis.

CNN’s Alex Platt and Raja Razek traveled with Elbagir to Libya in October after obtaining footage of a migrant auction.

At a property outside the capital of Tripoli, CNN witnessed a dozen men being sold like commodities — some auctioned off for as little as $400.

Democrats Introduce Articles Of Impeachment Against Trump aka #45

House Democrats introduced articles of impeachment Wednesday against President Donald Trump, though they acknowledged their efforts have no chance of success while Republicans control both houses of Congress.

Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, introduced five articles of impeachment that include obstruction of justice for Trump’s decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey, two emoluments clause violations, undermining the independence of the federal judiciary and undermining the freedom of the press.

“The time has come to make clear to the American people and to this President that his train of injuries to our Constitution must be brought to an end through impeachment,” he said.

Cohen, the ranking member on the House judiciary committee’s Constitution subcommittee, acknowledged the limitations of his proposal.

“I don’t expect the House judiciary committee, which is operated like a branch of the administration, to take up hearings,” he said.

He told members of the press he would likely be facilitating briefings in lieu of hearings.

“There are many reasons why I think the President is an awful President, an awful person, but not all those reasons rise to the level of impeaching a sitting President. We are not seeking his impeachment because of what he did before he was President,” Rep. Luis Gutiérrez, D-Illinois, one of the bill’s co-sponsors, said beside Cohen.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders responded in a statement, saying time spent calling for Trump’s impeachment “would be better spent focusing on tax relief for American families and businesses.”

“It’s disappointing that extremists in Congress still refuse to accept the President’s decisive victory in last year’s election,” she said.

Michael Ahrens, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee, called the impeachment effort “radical.”

“House Democrats lack a positive message and are completely unwilling to work across the aisle, so instead they’ve decided to support a baseless radical effort that the vast majority of Americans disagree with,” he said.

This isn’t the first time Democrats have argued to impeach Trump. Earlier this month, Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Washington, said the President has committed “significant constitutional impeachable violations,” adding that Democrats needed to act.

O.J. Simpson Removed and Banned From a Las Vegas Casino. But Simpson’s Lawyer Malcolm LaVergne Says Reports Aren’t True

O.J. Simpson was reportedly removed from a Las Vegas casino early Thursday morning for unruly behavior.
Simpson’s lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne, said the Simpson was banned from The Cosmopolitan hotel, according to The Associated Press. LaVergne said no reason was given for the ban.
But LaVergne said that the story about Simpson being drunk at The Cosmopolitan is completely untrue.

LaVergne says that Simpson is a social drinker, meaning he usually orders one drink and sips on it while socializing, and that he was at the Cosmopolitan to eat chicken wings.

LaVergne also said that the hotel-casino had apparently decided before Simpson’s visit to trespass him from the property. LaVergne says that after Simpson was notified, he left the hotel-casino quietly.

In addition, Simpson is challenging anyone with proof that he was drunk and belligerent to come forward. He is also taking steps to make sure that his probation officer is clear about what happened.

Marilou Danley has been identified as gunman’s companion. Witness say she was yelling “You’re All Going To Die Tonight” before being removed from concert. She is now detained in Las Vegas

Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock’s girlfriend Marilou Danley has been detained and the house they shared raided by police following the attack that left 50 dead and 200 more injured. She is believed to be an Australian citizen of Indonesian heritage and was described by police as his room mate or companion.

She lived on the Gold Coast in Queensland for more than a decade with her former husband, an Australian man, who has since passed away. She moved to the United States 20 years ago.

According to Paddock’s brother Eric, who spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com, said that there was ‘absolutely no indication he could do something like this’.

Adding: ‘He was just a guy. Something happened, he snapped or something, he was just a guy.

‘He has no political affiliation, no religious affiliation, as far as we know. This wasn’t a terror attack’.

Early on Monday morning police in Las Vegas issued a statement to say that Danley was no longer a person of interest in the investigation.

Paddock was confirmed dead early in the investigation, leaving police in search of 62-year-old Marilou.

She and the shooter are said to be roommates or companions, though the precise nature of their relationship has not been made clear.

“Playaness Depends on Vigilance”

Most people don’t realize that both help and harm come from within ourselves. Instead they look to externals, mesmerized by appearances.

People of Playa nature (Wise people), on the other hand, realize that we are the source of everything good or bad for us. #HippieMovement They therefore don’t resort to blaming and accusing others. They aren’t driven to convince people they are worthy or special or distinguished.

If  a Playa experience challenges, they look to themselves; if they are commended by others, they quietly smile to themselves, unmoved; if they are slander, they don’t feel the need to defend their name.

But they go about their actions with vigilance, assuming that all is well, yet not perfectly secure. They harmonize their desires with life as it is, and seek to avoid only the things that would prevent their ability to exercise their will properly. They exercise moderation in all their affairs. And if they seem ignorant or unsophisticated, it is of no concern to them. They know that they only have to watch out for themselves and the direction of their own desires.

“Clear Thinking Is Vital”

The life of wisdom is a life of reason. It is important to learn how to think clearly. Clear thinking is not haphazard enterprise. it requires proper training. It is through clear thinking that we are able to properly direct our will, stick with our true purpose, and discover the connections we have to others and the duties that follow from those relationships. Every person should learn how to identify mushy and fallacious thinking. Study how inferences are legitimately derived, so that you avoid drawing unfounded conclusions.

For instance, note the following examples of faulty logic: “I am richer than you; therefore, I am better than you.” You will encounter such absurd assertions as this all the time, but they are completely fallacious. The valid inference that can be drawn is this: “I am richer than you; therefore I have more possessions or money than you do.”

Another example: “I speak more persuasively than you; therefore, I am better than you.” From this w can only conclude, “I speak more persuasively than you; Therefore my speech carries more effect than yours.”

But remember: Your character is independent of property or persuasive speech.

Take the time to assiduously study clear thinking and you won’t be hoodwinked. Strong education in logic and the rules of effective argument will serve you well.
